ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHATANI DAN SALURAN PEMASARAN JAMUR TIRAM (PLEORATUS OSTREATUS) DI DESA TAPUNG JAYA (STUDI KASUS BAPAK MIFTAHUL) KECAMATAN TANDUN KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU

Abstract

Oyster mushrooms including nutritious food and horticultural commodities that have a higheconomic price. Oyster mushroom is a mushroom varieties favored by farmers because it canincrease revenue. This study was conducted to determine the income of farmers, the costsincurred in the business so as to know its advantages. As well as see the feasibility of the oystermushroom. The method used is a case study (falls spaciousness as well as interviews with asample of farmers). The location where the research has been determined that the oystermushroom farm owned by Mr. Miftahul In Tapung Jaya village Tandun Rokan Hulu district.Acceptance of research results obtained by the farmers of Rp. 8,550,000.00, variable costs Rp.710,000.00, fixed costs Rp.3.038.333, 00 farmers received net income of Rp. 4,801,667.00. RCRanalysis results: 1.28 BEP Admission: Rp. 3.31334 million, BEP Production: 110 kg, BEP Price:Rp. 13.152/kg. The analysis results indicate that the oyster mushroom farm run Miftahul Mr.profitable and feasible.
