MENGANALISIS DAMPAK MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PEGAWAI BADAN PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU

Abstract

This research aim to to know motivation impact work and compensation in the effort improving performance officer of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. This Research is executed by taking location at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Population Research is entire all officer ( PNS and of Honorer) amounting to 73 people, so that is entirely made by responder. Technique intake of sampel in this research is done conducted by using census method that is entire all population made by sampel. Data analysis use doubled linear regression, where free variable is compensation and motivation while variable tied officer performance. Pursuant to result of research, please find that influence of job activity motivation (X1) to officer performance (Y), that is equal to 76,40% is signifikan is proved from test of t count calculate equal to 8,120 > t of is tables of equal to 1,671 with sig equal to 0,00 smaller than 0,05 so that is Ha accepted and Ho refused. Hereinafter, influence of compensation (X2) to officer performance (Y) equal to 28,8% is signifikan is proved from test of t count calculate equal to 2,023 > t of is tables of equal to 1,671 with sig equal to 0,047 smaller than 0,05 so that is Ha accepted and Ho refused. While influence of motivation work and compensation to officer performance by simultan equal to 83,70% and the rest equal to 16,30% influenced by other variable which do not check by like leadership, cultural of organizational and others.
