Menganalisis Motivasi Kerja Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Etos Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

Basically motivation can spur civil servants to work hard so as to achieve their goals and overall organizational goals. The worsening condition of work motivation of civil servants will lead to the established goals can not be achieved well. The motivation of civil servants' work is worsening when civil servants are excluded from decision-making, jobs that are unflattering and unflattering, unpleasant groups and co-workers, lack of clarity on the standards of success, no desirable output clarity and , feel not proud of work and organization. This study attempts to conduct experimental studies on the motivation level of civil servants in Rokan Hulu Regency so that it is expected to find the right concept in managing the motivation of civil servant work especially for Rokan Hulu Regency. Data analysis technique in this research is by using quantitative descriptive analysis technique. This analysis aims to describe at a glance the results of research respondents, the mean value (mean) of each item question and total items. Besides, this analysis is used to determine the achievement of respondents to the dissemination of respondents' answers to the question items used. Thus will be illustrated percentage and activities of achievement of these respondents. The expected outcomes of this study are useful as inputs by leaders In Rokan Hulu District in adopting policies relating to civil servants for mutual progress. It is also expected to be used as input by civil servants in Rokan Hulu District in improving work ethics, where the work ethic issue is very often the subject of discussion in every organization todayReferences
