Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee satisfaction palm oil factory. It is performed on the three companies in the palm oil factory in Riau, Rokan Hulu. This research is quantitative-survey with 179 participants wich were selected by proportional random techniques. The data was collected through a questionnaire in wich be tested first the validity and reliability. Data were analyzed by descriptive techniques. The result is that the job satisfaction of employees in the category of class intervals generally is good enough. There are differences in the average level of job satisfaction among employees of the three companies, PT. PISP has high levels of employee job satisfaction higher than PT. PSA and PT. EMA. From the four indicators that measure employee job satisfaction, the average in the category is quite well.
