Abstract

Research has been carried out to identify seawater intrusion using the resistivity method in the village of punagaya, Jeneponto district, South Sulawesi to find out the location of seawater intrusion around residential areas using the shclamberger configuration. After conducting research with the resistivity method (type resistivity) found the location of seawater intrusion at a depth of 10.3 meters with a resistivity value of 0.18 µm which is located on the second track. Overall the results of the interpretation of the structure below the surface are clay with resistivity values of 1 Ωm-100 100m, salt water with resistivity values of 0.2 Ωm and limestone with resistivity values of 50 Ωm - 107 Ωm
