Abstract

This research was designed in the School Action Research conducted in two cycles, where each cycle was carried out in two to three meetings. The subjects of this study were teachers at SMAN 1 Pagaran Tapah. The results of the first cycle of the average value obtained from the attitude of the teacher discussing the discussion were 79.71 sufficient categories, while in the second cycle the average value obtained was 84.88 in the good category, the average value obtained from the assessment of the learning scenario in cycle I was 78.57 sufficient categories while in the second cycle the average value obtained was 84.18, the average value obtained from the assessment of learning implementation in the first cycle was 78.33 categories enough, while in the second cycle the average value obtained is 83.81 good category. It can be concluded that from cycle I to cycle II there is an increase in the average value obtained from each of the observed and assessed components, which means that guidance and guidance through the teacher working group discussion approach can improve the teacher's ability to use the school environment as a learning resource
