This study aims to carry out ongoing assistance in an effort to improve teacher competency in the preparation of the 2013 Curriculum RPP. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis. Research carried out with cycle stages, each cycle consists of 4 (four) steps including: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of this study, of the 23 teachers from the schools who were the subjects of the study, all showed increased competency in accordance with the predetermined indicators of success. Increasing the competence of teachers in preparing the 2013 curriculum curriculum from cycle to cycle. In the first cycle the average value of RPP components was 50.60% and in the second cycle 70.21%. And in the third cycle all the teachers completed 100%, so there was an increase of 29.79% from the second cycle.References
