MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS DESKRIPSI MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TPS BERBANTUKAN GAMBAR SERI PADA SISWA KELAS II MIN 33 ACEH TIMUR
AbstractThe purpose of this study is to improve the quality of Indonesian language learning which consists of teacher skills, student activities and writing skills description of class II students of MIN 33 in Aceh Timur by using a series of images aided TPS learning model. The study was conducted with a class action research design consisting of two cycles, each cycle of two meetings. The research subjects were teachers and 39 students of grade II MIN 33 Aceh Timur. The results of observations of student skills showed an increase in each meeting, from the first cycle of meeting 1 grade average value (71.79), cycle I meeting 2 grade average grades, (78.57) cycle II meeting 1 average value class (85.15), and cycle II encounters 2 grade averages (90.71). Based on the presentation of the results of the study, it can be concluded that the TPS model supported by series drawings can improve teacher skills, student activities, and writing skills description of students in grade II MIN 33 Aceh Timur.
