This means, there are about 50 Indonesian women who died from cervical cancer. This figure jumped sharply compared to Globocon data in 2012 which stated that 26 Indonesian women died of cervical cancer each year (WHO, 2018). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge of cervical cancer and the participation of PKK cadres for the Visual Inspection of Acetic Acid in Rambah Hillir Village. Analytical survey research design with a cross sectional time approach. The population in this study were all active PKK cadres in Rambah Hilir Village, namely 32 people. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely that the entire population was sampled totaling 32 people. The results showed that 16 respondents (88%) who participated in the Visual Inspection of Acetic Acid had good knowledge. While respondents with sufficient knowledge who participated in the Visual Inspection of Acetic Acid were 8 people (80%) and respondents with insufficient knowledge participated in the Acetic Acid Visual Inspection Examination as many as 1 person (5%). Analysis of research results with the Chi-Square test obtained the value of Pvalue 0.0001. The conclusion in this study is that there is a significant relationship between knowledge of cervical cancer and the participation of PKK cadres in conducting a visual inspection of acetic acid.

Keywords : Knowledge, Cervical Cancer, IVA Test
2021-02-01T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2021 Array https://e-journal.upp.ac.id/index.php/akbd/article/view/2170 MOTHER WORK RELATIONSHIP AND HUSBAND’S SUPPORT TO MOTHER’S FAILURE IN GIVING EKSKLUSIVE BREASFEEDING AT PUSKESMAS RAMBAH SAMO I 2021-03-16T06:03:07+08:00 Yuyun Bewelli Fahmi yuyunbewellifahmi@gmail.com
The main source of nutrition needed for a baby aged less than 6 months is breast milk. Breast milk has many benefits because it is a food that contains balanced nutrition for babies, and contains immune substances that can reduce the risk of the baby contracting disease. The importance of exclusive breastfeeding for babies will greatly impact the development of the child. The failure of exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by internal factors (mother's work and husband's support) and external factors (promotion of infant formula, birth attendants). This type of research is quantitative with an analytic approach, with a cross sectional design. This population was all mothers who had babies over 6 months at the time of the study. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, amounting to 130 people. Data analysis used statistical test with chi square. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was no relationship between maternal work and the failure of mothers to provide exclusive breastfeeding, the results obtained from the chi square test p> 0.005 (p = 0.65), there was a relationship between husband's support and the failure of mothers to provide exclusive breastfeeding, the value of p> was obtained. 0.05 (p = 0.45). After doing this research, the work and support of the husband is very important for the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding, thus it is hoped that health workers will always improve the quality of health services by providing information about the importance of giving exclusive breastfeeding to their babies until they reach age. 6 months.

Keywords: Exclusive Breastfeeding, Employment, Husband's Support
2021-02-01T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2021 Array https://e-journal.upp.ac.id/index.php/akbd/article/view/2171 CONTROL OF CHRONIC ENERGY DEFICIENCY (KEK) DURING PREGNANCY IN THE RAMBAH HEALTH CENTER 2021-03-16T06:09:23+08:00 Nana Aldriana nanaaldriana@gmail.com
Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) is defined as a condition in which women experience chronic food shortages (Chronic). KEK is diagnosed if there is an upper arm circumference (LILA) <23.5 cm. There are many determinants or factors that cause SEZs, including lack of knowledge, income, age, and parity. Pregnancy with KEK is usually accompanied by anemia which facilitates complications such as bleeding and the birth of a baby with LBW. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants of chronic energy deficiency during pregnancy in the Rambah Public Health Center. The research method is quantitative analytic with cross sectional design. The population in this study were 30 trimester pregnant women in the Rambah Public Health Center. The sample technique used was total sampling. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate (chi square test). The results showed that 16% of pregnant women in the third trimester with KEK. From the results of the bivariate test, there was a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of KEK (p-value = 0.003), there was no significant relationship between age (p-value = 0.589), parity (p-value = 1,000), and income (p-value = 0.068 ), with the incidence of KEK during pregnancy. The conclusion in this study is that the knowledge factor is related to the incidence of KEK. Factors of age, parity, and income are not related to the incidence of KEK. Based on the research results, it is deemed necessary to provide knowledge to prospective pregnant women and pregnant women about the importance of maintaining good nutrition so that a healthy pregnancy takes place.

Keywords: KEK, Knowledge, Age, Parity, Income
2021-02-01T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2021 Array https://e-journal.upp.ac.id/index.php/akbd/article/view/2172 RELATIONSHIP OF HEALTH EDUCATION WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF PREVENTIVE MEASURES OF COVID19 TRANSMISSION IN CHILDREN OF PRIMARY SCHOOL 001 KEPENUHAN HULU ROKAN HULU REGENCY 2021-03-16T06:38:56+08:00 Sri Wulandari sriwulandari040285@gmail.com
Covid 19 is a new type of disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome infection Covid 19 virus 2 (SARSCOV-2) or Covid 19 virus (2019-nCoV). Birth ball is a method of using a rubber ball filled with air which is used to reduce back pain during pregnancy and childbirth. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the birth ball method, which is one of the non-pharmacological methods in reducing the pain of labor during the first stage of the active phase in BPM Rokan Hulu. To compare the intensity of labor pain before and after the birth ball method was given. The sample of this research was 31 women who gave birth, obtained by simple random sampling technique. Bivariate analysis was performed using the t-dependent test. The results showed that the average labor pain among respondents before being given birth ball exercises was 0.259 times higher than that after exercise with a p-value of 0.00.
