Street performance is a general overview of the benchmarks that reflect the level of service a road section. One of the performance parameters of the road is the traffic flow (smp/hour) which is a combination of various types of vehicles (veh/hour) passing through a road section. Passenger car equivalent (PCE) is a coefficient value of various types of vehicles to the lighter vehicles or passenger cars on the basis of use surface area of the road on the road section. A review emp value on the basis of the compotition variety of traffic, road geometric, shape and dimensions of the vehicle. Problem solving can be done by regression method with the problem review based on the capacity of the road so as to generate emp value representing various types of vehicles passing through a road section.References
