Abstract

This research purpose to knows mathematic learning result of MTs Ash-Shoibiyah Bangun Purba student’ that using incooperative model type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) and Team Assisted Individualization (TAI). This researchis Quasi-Experimental. The population are 72 students, which consist of three class: VIII.1, VIII.2, and VIII.3. Where VIII.1as first experiment class using Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) models and the second experiment class is VIII.2 that using Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) models. The instrumenst of this research use essay test. Researcher usesimple random sampling. Before doing test, firstly doing  analyzed validitas, reliability, power of descrimination and level of difficulty good instruments, and reliable instruments. After the data have been got, after that made data analyzed to try the hypothesis. Before tried the hypothesis, firstly doing the normalitas test and test of homogeneity. Normality test use liliefors test and homogeneity use F test. For the hypothesis test use t-test 2,679 > 2,004, for α = 0.05. Because t count was rejected and H1 was accepted. It can be concluded there are difference form mathematic learning result student’s of MTs AshShohibiyah Bangun Purba between using learning cooperative models, type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) and Team Assisted Individualization (TAI).
