PENGARUH PERILAKU WIRAUSAHA TERHADAP KINERJA PETERNAK AYAM BROILER POLA KEMITRAAN (CONTRACT FARMING) DI KOTA PEKANBARU

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of entrepreneur behavior of broiler breeders; Analyzethe performance level of broiler breeders; And analyzing the behavior of entrepreneursaffect the performance of broiler breeders. The indicators used for the farmersperformance are diligent effort, responses to opportunities, innovative, risk-taking, andself-reliance. The method of analysis used in this research is survey method and samplingtechnique using random sampling technique. Primary data used in the form of interviewsusing questionnaires and secondary data in the form of data from relevant agencies suchas Central Bureau of Statistics Pekanbaru, and the Riau Province Livestock ServiceOffice. Based on the classical assumption test showed that there is no data deviate so thatthe data used qualify for multiple linear regression analysis. The results of analysis of thefive indicators indicate that the five indicators have a significant effect and positivelyaffect the performance of farmers. The results showed that the five free indicators wereable to explain the variation of dependent variable of 87.20 percent and the rest of 12.80percent influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Behavior, Farmer Performance, Partnership Pattern
