INTERAKSI SOSIAL ANTAR PETANI KELAPA SAWIT DI DAERAH TRANSMIGRASI DESA RANTAU SAKTI KECAMATAN TAMBUSAI UTARA KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU

Abstract

Rantau Sakti Village Community is group of people who get the impact of activities in the oil sector due to palm farming community in which gave them life both natives and immigrants. Communities involved in the oil palm plantation land, both of which are recognized by the State as well as the generations that are recognized by the village community. For people who do not have their farm work receive wages from the palm oil sector, both private estates and the estate independently. High levels of social pluralism caused many interaction process. Phenomena that exist in social life is certainly very interesting to study, especially those related to social interaction between oil palm farmers. This study aims to reveal the interaction between oil palm farmers in the village of Rantau Sakti, North Tambusai, District of Rokan Hulu in Riau Province. This study used a qualitative approach that is evaluative, meaning that the researcher  wants  to  observe the interaction  between  oil  palm farmers in  the village of North Tambusai Rantau sakti District of Rokan Hulu, Riau Province and the results of these observations are evaluated so as to know the type of interaction, conflicts and constraints encountered in implementation and efforts that can be done to overcome them. This study found that ( 1 ) There are several types of social interactions that take place between the social environment smallholders Rantau sakti village namely cooperation, competition, and conflict. Social interaction occurs between smallholders, toke, tenant farmers and laborers. Differences in social status, interests and views of each farmer raises various forms of social interaction in the community, (2 ) conflict that occurs in a social environment smallholders Rantau sakti village is caused by competition between smallholders, toke, tenant farmers and laborers ; ( 3 ) there are five ways to resolve the conflict between the social environment that smallholders Rantau Sakti Village, which are introduction each other personalities, doing problem diagnosys, dealing a solution, aplicating the dealed solution and evaluation in the village smallholders Rantau sakti.
