Relationship of Compliance with Fe Tablets Consuming Anemia Incidence in Third Trimester Pregnant Women at Rambah Hilir I Health Center, Rokan Hulu Regency

Abstract
The noncompliance of pregnant women taking Fe tablets can reflect how big the chances of getting anemia are. Maternal compliance in consuming Fe tablets plays a very important role in increasing Hb levels. The compliance includes the stipulation of the number of tablets consumed, the accuracy of how to consume and the regularity of the frequency of consuming Fe tablets. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the adherence of consuming Fe tablets to the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women at the Rambah Hilir I Public Health Center. The type of this research is quantitative analytic with cross sectional research design. This research was conducted at Pukesmas Rambah Hilir I, with a sample size of 30 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Data collection using primary data. Data were analyzed using the Chi Square test. The results showed that adherence to consuming Fe tablets was 10 people (33.3%) and 12 people (40.0%) had anemia. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the adherence of consuming Fe tablets to the incidence of anemia in pregnant women trimester III with a p-value of 0.000. It is hoped that health workers can further improve health promotion through community counseling related to consuming Fe tablets. Keywords : Anemia, Fe Tablets, Pragnant WomenDownloads
