Factors Associated with Age of Menopause at the Elderly Posyandu at Tambusai Health Center, Rokan Hulu Regency
FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN USIA MENOPAUSE DI POSYANDU LANSIA PUSKESMAS TAMBUSAI KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU
Abstract
The evidence suggests that menopausal age of women in various parts of the world is getting faster, from 51.3 years to 46.9 years. Age of menopause in Indonesia also decreased from 47 years to 45 years due to various factors. Objectives The study was conducted to determine the factors associated with menopause in four Elderly at Rambah Health Center Work Area, Rokan Hulu in 2020. The research method: The study type was Analitic Quantitative Cross Sectional Study, which 100 sample of postmenopausal women, with Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data analysis was performed by univariate, bivariate with independent.T.test.and.Product.Moment.correlation,.and.multivariate.multiple .linear. regression.test.The results obtained that the variables related to the age of menopause is the habit of smoking, income, exercise, number of children, marital status and menarche. Regression equation obtained is the age of menopause = 52.548 -0.303, Cigarette consumption + 1.47, income + 3.417, sports + 0.745. number of child - 5.580, married..status,.-0.481.menarche.Conclusion: The variables that most impact the sport, followed by income, number of children, consumption of cigarettes, menarche and the smallest is the status of marriage. R ² in the know with 68.1% of the variation in age of menopause could be explained by the independent variable and the remaining 31.9% is explained by.another.causeis.not.examined.in.this.study.
